What’s Available and When

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs will offer holiday-themed food and beverages from November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027. The menu includes multiple new items alongside seasonal decorations throughout the venue.

Guests can visit without advance planning, though the bar operates on a first-come basis. The offerings span both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, making the seasonal menu accessible to visitors of all ages.

New Food Items

The Holiday Freight Rolls represent a distinctive addition: egg rolls filled with pork, beef, and sweet potato, served with a sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce. This combination incorporates an Asian-influenced preparation method with traditional cranberry flavoring.

The North Pole Catch provides a seafood sampler format. It includes smoked trout dip with lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes accompanied by citrus mustard aioli. This option brings together multiple seafood preparations in a single order.

Oh Christmas Brie features crispy Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon, combining sweet and savory elements.

Present Perfect Croquettes consist of fried turkey croquettes finished with cherry-orange brandy glaze. This preparation differs from more common beef or pork-based appetizers at Disney Springs venues.

Tinsel and Tender Bites offer cabernet-braised short ribs with spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower purée, providing both protein and vegetable components.

Returning Items

Two dishes from previous seasonal menus return: A Wreath of Wellington (strip steak with mushroom duxelles, gruyère, puff pastry, herbed Parmesan, and horseradish-mustard aioli) and Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs (deviled eggs with sweet potato filling, fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley).

Alcoholic Beverages

The Cranberry Apple Compass Mule combines Hendrick’s Gin with apple cider, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and ginger beer, garnished with sugared cranberries. The Frosted Passage Martini blends Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueur, and cream, garnished with a white chocolate piece.

The Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight presents three hot chocolate variations using Joffrey’s Coffee hot cocoa. The first combines dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and cinnamon syrup, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon. The second mixes white hot chocolate with Frangelico liqueur and Chambord liqueur, topped with whipped cream, salted caramel crispy pearls, and raspberry sauce. The third pairs dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum and Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, garnished with coconut flakes and holiday sprinkles.

The Holiday Cranberry Negroni combines Hendrick’s Gin, Campari Liqueur, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.

Non-Alcoholic Options

The Hangar Holly Jolly offers a non-alcoholic alternative combining Minute Maid Apple Juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and Seagram’s Ginger Ale, garnished with cranberries. This option provides a festive drink choice for guests who do not consume alcohol.

Important Limitations

All offerings remain subject to change and availability. The bar does not accept advance reservations for general seating, which may result in wait times during peak holiday periods. Guests with specific menu expectations should verify current offerings upon arrival.

Disney has not specified accommodations for common dietary restrictions beyond what ingredient lists indicate. Guests with allergies or dietary needs should inquire with staff about preparation methods and ingredient sources.

Considerations for Planning

The seasonal menu suits guests already planning Disney Springs time who want holiday-themed options outside table-service restaurants. The variety of flavor combinations, particularly egg rolls and croquettes, offers preparations less common at other Disney Springs venues.

Families with members both above and below drinking age can find shareable food options alongside separate beverage choices. The bar atmosphere and limited seating may create challenges for large groups or young children during busy holiday periods, particularly in the evenings and on weekends.

Guests planning visits should consider their preference for bold flavor pairings, as multiple items combine sweet and savory elements that differ from conventional holiday food expectations.
